After 20 years in recruitment, I've been on every side of this process. I've run agency desks, worked inside organisations building teams, trained recruiters, and run my own business. I've seen exactly how the sausage is made. And what I can tell you is this: most people are playing the game completely wrong, through no fault of their own, because no one ever told them how it actually works.
That's what this coaching is about.

There are four areas that drive most job searches forward or hold them back:

Your presence. Your LinkedIn profile and CV are either opening doors or quietly closing them. Most people's do the latter. We rewrite them so they tell a compelling story, not just a list of job titles and duties.
Your pipeline. Job boards are research tools, not a strategy. I'll show you how to build a real outreach approach, how to work with recruiters effectively (and what to say when they try to brush you off), and how to turn your network into actual conversations.
Your performance. Interview prep, handling difficult questions, managing the mindset pressure of a search that's taking longer than you'd like. That last part matters more than most people realise. When you need a job, it's easy to become outcome-focused in a way that actually makes you perform worse. We work on that too.
How it works
Typically 2 to 3 sessions of around 60 minutes each, online. Between sessions you'll have specific actions to take and scripts to practise. We refine based on what's actually happening in your search, not a fixed syllabus.
You'll leave with a sharp LinkedIn profile and CV, a clear weekly plan, word-for-word scripts for recruiter calls and outreach, and interview stories you can use across roles. More than that, you'll have a genuine understanding of how the market works and where you sit in it.
